2. Data we process

We only process the data necessary to assist you:

• Contact form: name, telephone, email (optional) and the message you send us.
• Telephone or WhatsApp contact: the identification and contact data you provide during the conversation.
• Browsing data: technical data (such as IP address) processed by our hosting provider for security and operation of the website. See also our cookie policy.

Data relating to deceased persons are outside the scope of the GDPR. Nevertheless, in accordance with Spanish law (Article 3 LOPDGDD), relatives or de facto partners may contact us to request access, rectification or erasure of such data.

3. Purposes

• Answering your enquiries and requests for information.
• Preparing quotes and managing the services you ask us to provide.
• Handling the exercise of data protection rights.

We do not use your data for advertising, we do not build profiles and we do not take automated decisions.

4. Legal basis

• Consent (Art. 6.1.a GDPR): when you send the contact form and tick the consent box.
• Pre-contractual measures and performance of a contract (Art. 6.1.b GDPR): quotes and provision of the requested services.
• Legal obligation (Art. 6.1.c GDPR): tax and accounting obligations, where applicable.
• Legitimate interest (Art. 6.1.f GDPR): answering enquiries you address to us by telephone or WhatsApp, and keeping the website secure.

5. Retention

We keep your data only for as long as necessary to deal with your enquiry or to provide the service and, thereafter, blocked during the limitation periods required by law (tax, accounting and civil obligations).

6. Recipients

We do not sell or transfer your data to third parties, except where required by law (public authorities, courts). The following providers process data on our behalf as data processors (Art. 28 GDPR):

• Cloudflare, Inc.: website hosting and content delivery network.
• Resend: delivery of the email generated by the contact form.
• Google: embedded map and, only with your consent, web analytics (see the cookie policy).

7. International transfers

Some of these providers are located in the United States. Transfers are covered by the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework or by the European Commission's standard contractual clauses.

8. Your rights

You may exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction of processing and portability, and withdraw your consent at any time, by writing to aybserviciosfunerarios@hotmail.com. If we have reasonable doubts about your identity, we may ask you for a copy of an identity document.

If you consider that your rights have not been respected, you may lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD), C/ Jorge Juan 6, 28001 Madrid — www.aepd.es.
