We arrange the cremation service in Madrid and Toledo from start to finish, with the same person by your side throughout. The cremation takes place in modern, certified furnaces that comply with current regulations and usually takes between an hour and a half and three hours, depending on the coffin. We take care of every detail so that you only have to say goodbye to your loved ones.

How long does the cremation take?
The process usually takes between an hour and a half and three hours, depending on the type of coffin. The overall service may take longer because of the paperwork and the handover of the ashes.
Can a wake be held before the cremation?
Yes. The service includes a wake room so you can say goodbye in privacy before the cremation.
Can I be present at the cremation?
Yes. There is a special room from which relatives can witness the coffin entering the cremator, allowing a final farewell in a quiet, private setting.
When are the ashes handed over?
Usually between 24 and 48 hours after the cremation. We arrange the handover of the urn at whatever time suits the family best, and we remain available afterwards should any questions arise.
Can the urn be personalised?
Yes. We offer classic, contemporary and eco-friendly models, which can be personalised with engravings, symbols or unique details.
What is the difference between cremation and incineration?
None: both terms refer to the same process. “Cremation” is the more common term in the funeral field, while “incineration” is used more in legal and administrative language.
