Frequently asked questions about this service

Which formalities do you take care of?
All of them: the death certificate, registration at the Civil Registry, funeral licences and, after the funeral, Social Security deregistration, pensions and last wills.
Do I have to go to any government office?
No. We take care of all the arrangements so that the family doesn’t have to worry about the paperwork.
What should I do if the death occurs at home?
Notify the health centre so that a doctor can certify the death, and call us: we take care of everything from that moment. If the cause is unclear, the authorities must also be notified.
What is the certificate of last wills?
The document that certifies whether the deceased left a will and before which notary. It can be requested 15 working days after the death, and we take care of processing it.
Is it advisable to request several copies of the death certificate?
Yes: it is needed for most of the later formalities, such as banks, pensions or insurance. We request the necessary copies from the very start.
